1.全體教師工作坊「優化自評:善用數據作評估」 為全體教師介紹「優化學校發展與問責架構」,讓教師團隊建立共識,對優化架構下的學與教範疇及學生支援範疇的評估有更深的認識。此外,亦為教師團隊分析校本數據,引導教師善用數據回饋學校發展。 2.中層教師工作坊:「科/組PIE:規劃、監察與支援」 為中層教師介紹「策劃—推行—評估 (PIE)」的理念及實踐策略,包括如何善用質性及量化數據,檢討工作成效,並制訂下一周期的計劃等原則和實用策略,包括科組報告及科組周年計劃的實例,引導中層教師以憑證為本撰寫科組檢討報告及周年計劃。 QSIP: Optimizing the School Self-Evaluation Plan 1. Workshop for All Teachers: "Optimizing Self-Evaluation: Utilizing Data for Assessment" This workshop introduces all teachers to the "Optimizing School Development and Accountability Framework." It aims to build a shared understanding among the teaching team regarding the assessment of the learning and teaching domains and student support under the optimized framework. Additionally, the workshop will analyze school-based data to guide teachers in effectively using data to inform school development. 2. Middle Management Workshop: "Subject/Department PIE: Planning, Monitoring, and Support" This workshop introduces middle management teachers to the concepts and practical strategies of "Planning—Implementation—Evaluation (PIE)." It includes how to effectively utilize qualitative and quantitative data to review work performance and formulate plans for the next cycle. Practical principles and strategies will be discussed, including examples of subject group reports and annual plans, guiding middle management teachers to write subject group review reports and annual plans based on evidence. |
