| 為了令中二、四的同學為自己訂立更清晰的目標，及探索更多對將來的概念，升學及擇業輔導組與YWCA合作分別為中二、四同學舉辦生涯規劃工作坊，讓同學檢視個人生涯資本，提升同學的自我效能感並學習實踐目標的方法。除了讓同學更了解自己的興趣之外，更加讓同學更認識職業代碼與不同行業的關係，幫助同學更容易辨識自己將來發展的方向。
In order to help students in Form 2 and Form 4 set clearer goals for themselves and have more explorations of the future, the Career Planning Unit have collaborated with YWCA to organize career planning workshops for these students. The workshops aim to help students assess their personal career capital, enhance their self-efficacy, and learn practical methods for achieving their goals. In addition to gaining a better understanding of their own interests, students will also become more familiar with occupational codes and the relationships between different industries, making it easier to identify their future career paths. |
