| 為提升同學對烘焙行業的認識，惠僑中學與香港基督教服務處深滙樂Teen會合辦的「拾自路口」生涯教育及發展計劃特意安排同學參與烘焙工作坊，讓他們直接嘗試製作麻糬曲奇及西米布甸。在製作環節中，每位同學都能夠一同合力製作，好好體會烘焙師的工作，豐富對行業的了解。
To enhance students' understanding of the baking industry, Hong Kong Christian Service Deep Wealth Teen Club collaborated with our school to organize the "Picking Up at the Crossroads" career education and development program. Students were given the opportunity to make mochi cookies and sago pudding in this baking workshop. Moreover, each student had the chance to work together and tried working as a baker. Besides, they could enrich their knowledge of the industry. |
