| 本學年第一次教師發展日主題為「關注師生的精神健康」，教師透過「識別及支援有自殺風險的學生」工作坊，進一步了解如何及早識別有自殺風險的學生，並加強他們識別及支援有精神健康需要學生的專業知識和能力。
第二節活動為教師提供「表達藝術體驗」工作坊，透過繪畫藝術，讓教師在一個舒適和安全的空間中創作，探索個人的內在感受，提升自我覺察的能力，初嘗表達藝術的力量。
The theme for the first Teacher Development Day of this academic year is "Focusing on the Mental Health of Teachers and Students." In the workshop "Identifying and Supporting Students at Risk of Suicide," teachers participated in a deeper understanding of how to identify students at risk of suicide early on. This session aims to strengthen their professional knowledge and skills in identifying and supporting students with mental health needs. The second session offered teachers a workshop on "Expressive Arts Experience." Through the medium of visual arts, teachers have the opportunity to create in a comfortable and safe space. This workshop aims to explore teachers' internal feelings, enhance their self-awareness, and provide them with an initial experience of the transformative power of expressing oneself through art. |
